Old electric kettle man DEAD

For many years I've smoked on a Cabellas kettle smoker. I've finally grown up. Lol. A newbie to the world of charcoal smoking. First attempt epic fail due to oklahoma highland smoker thermometer. Now I'm a proud owner of a remote thermometer. Ready for my second attempt today with a pair of birds, pound of bacon and some taters. I've been researching on this site for years, joined today.
