Oklahoma Onion Burgers

Another meal inspired by Kent Rollins Oklahoma Onion Burger hit the grill.

We grabbed some cheddar burger patties before we watched the video and had some onions on hand. I fired up the Q220 and finally got the chance to use the Teflon mats I bought last year.

Add some corn and slaw for a complete meal.
