I used to post on Charlestonfishing.com in the "Cook Your Catch" forum, but it's been a long, long time. Decent forum with mostly local folks, but just not much activity there anymore.
Another forum I used to frequent a lot is The Hull Truth, a huge forum with over 400,000 members. Posted a bunch of cooks in the "Food and Beverage" forum there, but the forum was sold several years ago and has turned into a place where so, so many are critical about everything and if you don't have a million dollar boat, you're looked down upon. The mods are either unwilling or can't do anything about all the snarky and demeaning comments. Haven't logged in there in several years...
