Hello everybody. My name is Joseph and i live in Tulsa Oklahoma. I am brand new to smoking and I've only smoked two times so far. My wife and i bought it first smoker for Christmas, and guess what, we are responsible for smoking the Christmas turkey. I have a Mastercraft sportsman elite 30 inch electric smoker, and I'm looking forward to learning everything i can.
