This how I like to brown my meat. I did add a little extra of Roberts, @tx smoker taco seasoning.

Thanks Justin. I gave most away to friends and after eating my second and last piece for dinner last night I wish I would of kept more. It is so good. Went to get more Hatch peppers yesterday and they gone. Going to check Kroger today. Want to make one more time.
