This how I like to brown my meat. I did add a little of Roberts, @tx smoker taco seasoning.

Thanks Justin. I gave most away to friends and after eating my second and last piece for dinner last night I wish I would of kept more. It is so good. Went to get more Hatch peppers yesterday and they gone. Going to check Kroger today. Want to make one more time.

The next weekend I am able… this is on the menu. Just looks way too good not to try it. I’ll have to make two batches…. one for the son and I with hatch green chilis and one for the wife and daughter with poblanos as they don’t like spicy. Might try smoking it too. @BrianGSDTexoma have you tried it smoked?
