Tyler from the hot hot Mis'sippi. Currently doing watchmen duty outside my church and daydreaming about the beautiful metamorphosis of my St Louis style Spare Ribs in the MES30 back home. Wishing my family would have made the request for my smoke services earlier in the week so I could have ordered the AMNPS that seems to be required equipment for anybody who means business. As it is I had to go to the Wallsmarts and get a cast iron webber chip smoker box and bore holes in it to try to start using pellets (fairly certain the pellets went out hours ago [emoji]9785[/emoji]️.

Anyways... Been a fan for months, figured I'd finally join the family!
