O.K., so I've built this smoke shack. Smoking area is 40" X 36" X 72" (Well 50" cause 22 inches of it is burner and black iron pot for smoking pellets. I've got the sides ready for two racks. Here's the question........ Where do I come up with custom sized grating to go on the racks other than buying expanded metal and welding out?????? I'm in need of 28" x 32" grates.
