Greetings!
I didn't want to lurk too long, just a day or so.

I recently purchased a WSM. I am still pretty excited as it is such an upgrade from the Brinkmann smoker that I have been using for ten years.
My only other charcoal eater is a large Kingsford grill.

I just got done over smoking some ABT's and some BBQ chicken wings.

Man's gotta know his limitations. Good thing I wasn't cooking for guests

Everything else has been great and I am really enjoying breaking it in. I did a flat last weekend and a butt the weekend before.

I will try to contribute to the group.

I might not have the spell checker working yet so please excuse and errors.
