Yes sir I think so. I've only done 1 in the smoker with carrots, onions and taters . I believe the family prefers pulled now. The larger chuck was just under 3 lbs and the smaller was just under 2.

hang in there. my immediate family are all gone, but the Mrs. has tons of baggage but i wouldn't trade her for a shiny new model. Th whole "state of everything" can be daunting. Make sure your anchor line is taut and cook on. it's kept me out of the booby hatch.
