hello, I work in the banking industry in Phoenix. I enjoy chasing the creation on smoking the perfect fall off the bone ribs.

Brinkman Smoke 'N Grill (non gas)

Hey Slimby welcome to the site, lots of great advice here on how to perfect your ribs.  My advice is practice, practice, practice.  Its hard work, but someone's gotta do it, keep on smokin'.

This is probably blasphemy on this forum, but I have an oven rib recipe that can hardly ever be beaten. You dry rub them, then put them in the rack (like how you do a turkey) pour some whole peppercorns, budweiser, and bay leafs into the pan. Tent it tightly with foil and cook at 210 until falling from bone. Remove carefully so as to keep together, then mop them And throw them on the grill for color.

Glad to have you aboard!
