Cooked for my sons graduation party.  Smoked a couple of tri tip roasts using my good old webber kettle set up for indirect.  Used a basic rub (salt pepper garlic powder) and after the meat temped out at almost 140, seared it wrapped it and later sliced it up for him and his friends.

Styles may change, but beef is forever, both roasts were gone in a heartbeat.  College kids do have good taste.

If I could only break them of the habit of putting grenadine in Jameson my happiness would be complete
