Greetings!

This weekend my wife bought me aChargriller with sfb. I finally had no more excuses.

I've been lurking here for quite some time, reading, learning.

So, today, I made the leap. Lit the fire at 4 this morning, foiled it at 4 this afternoon, ate my first butt at 6:30. 

Moist, and tender, the paleo rub was awesome.

Looking forward to sme abt's, and a fatty or two;-) 

btw, thanks meowey, for the thread on butts.
