Hi everyone!

Just joined this amazing forum.

Long time LP griller looking to change things up.

Got a Char Griller Akorn for my B-day last week.

Have not set it up yet, but will get to that soon enough.

Live in North East Wisconsin, and grill burgers and brats all year long.

Looking to slow things down this summer and do some real grilling and smoking.

Not sure what to tackle for my first cook on the new grill, but I am sure I will find plenty of advice and recipes

on this site.
