...as too much protein! . No fishing today as the lake has 4-7's in the forecast.So I grabbed a brisket to smoke today.

Accidentally slept in and got a late start on my brisket this morning, so I figured everyone wouldn't mind some griddle breakfast! Had another package of venison butterflies that wasn't fully thawed last night, so I made them up with some sausage patties and eggs.
