Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Pinto Beans-N-Bacon.
1 pound bag of dried pinto beans
4 slices thick cut bacon (cut into 2" pieces)
6 cups of water
1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 small onion diced
1 teaspoon sea salt. I use course ground mexican
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons hot sauce your choice. I used Gringo Bandito.
Use saute to crisp bacon, reserve some of the grease, add the onion and saute for 7 mins. Add the beans, water and dry ingredients. PC on high for 38 mins. Use natural release for 25 mins. You can add whatever you like to the beans. They should be kinda southern style (creamy)
Serve plain or with corn bread, i like flour tortillas.

Very nice. The pressure cookers work very well for dried beans.
