We really haven't had great weather lately, today was suppose to be cold but sunny.
The low was 21 degrees this morning with a high of 36.

I decided I was going to do a spare rib with peach rub and a pack of thighs.
Felt pretty good doing an easy smoke. The rib I didn't even bother wrapping. Rib pulled about 194, tender and nice bend.

I like John Henry's summer peach rub. I put it on heavy.

Looking good there Doug!
Glad to see you got the smoker fired up again!!

Looks great Doug. It was colder then that here. It's nice smoking in the cold

I like smoking in cooler weather, just use a little more wood.
