Hello everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. I live in North Texas near Wichita Falls, Texas. I'm 62 and recently retired. Up until now I haven't had a lot of time to get into smoking due to work and other obligations. Have had an inexpensive smoker but am in the process of upgrading to a Pitts smoker. (picture below) The owner upgraded it with a $300 temperature control so it looks like a screaming buy at $700. Looking forward to picking up hints and recipes. I am amazed that you can smoke using 100 different recipes and they are all mouthwatering. Okay lets get this thing started.
