Hey folks. We live in Pelion South Carolina .. we mainly smoke meats for our own use/consumption. We also raise/process all of our own meats. I am just doing a little research to mabye perfect some of our recipies or get some new ideas. We mainly use a Bradley Elect smoker.. but i can also cook/smoke with real wood.
