Newcomer from Central New Jersey

Hey everyone,

I am proud to say I finally bought myself a smoker! (Masterbuilt 30" electric smokehouse) This is a real treat to me as I have had BBQ from all over the country (NYC to KC) and I never even thought about bringing this art to my own home until recently.  BBQ has been a passion of mine for the past few years and I am excited to get started!  I am most likely attempting my first smoking escapade on Sunday for fathers day so it should be a nice treat.  I found out about this site from a friend and from what I've seen so far everyone seems to be very friendly and very informative.  Looking forward to experimenting and giving as much input as possible to you all! There isn't going to be too much better than brewing a new batch of beer while my smoker is rocking! Prost!
