Hi my name is Whitehorse, I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I have only eaten smoked meat in the past, but am now going to try and build my own smoker. I am going to use a old wood stove as my heat source. I am willing to learn, and appreciate any advice on smoking and building. Thanks, Whitehorse.
