New to the forum. Have an electric smoker that I like to use on the weekends(when boys don't have sports) from Canada so have a question. My smoker as soon as cool out in fall doesn't really get warm. Is it time for a different smoker?

Thanks

what type of smoker and how big is it?

if it doesn't get warm that could be an advantage for smoking some items.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from another hot day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
