Hi all thanks for the add, names Dave currently residing in Australia WA am one of the many Kiwis (New Zealander) to jump the ditch. Have purchased a Hark electric smoker as I am now a aspiring fisherman, but a mad keen smoked meat fan too... 1st time smoker owner, so looking forward to learning. Thanks
