Hi all. My name is George and I'm from North Carolina. Just bought a Brinkman Electric Smoker. I had a charcoal smoker for many years and decided to go to electric. Tired of messing with all the coals. Looks like you guys have alot of great information that I will be using for this Holiday Season!!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
