Hello everyone from South Louisiana, LSU Tiger country.  I've been BBQing for quite some time, but new to the smoking aspect.  At present, all I have is a regular BBQ pit.  Looking forward to getting info on best smokers and recipes from all you experienced smokers. So, all ya'll help will be greatly appreciated.
