I just found this site while looking for new ways to cook/smoke. I think I found everything I was looking for right here. I can't wait to try some of the recipes. I have a propane smoker, a bradley, chargriller with propane or wood, and a flat top grill and I use all of them. Just wanted to say hello and going to check this site out.
