 Hi all. Looking to start smoking my own meat soon. We raise our own beef and pork. Looking at electric smokers. Leaning towards masterbuilt 30. Never used one. Looking forward to it.

Looks like I have to wait till after christmas. Looks like somebody was listening to my wish list. I will let you all know. As I am sure I will be looking for help to enjoy the smoker.
