Newbie to the Forum

Hello everyone I am Married father of two teenager's I am an 18 year veteran of the New Philadelphia Fire Dept. I m currently a Capt. I'm relatively new to smoking I have been tinkering for approx five years I have a Bradley Electric smoker and a converted fuel oil tank that I do whole hog in.

Welcome man, glad ya joined us ! There's some Bradley owners on here & that whole hog smoker sounds awesome.... You are a Fire Dept. Captain, very respectable & certainly needed job !
