Hey hickorybutt! Glad to find someone so close to my area. I'm about to buy a whole hog from Davidson's Meats in Waynesville http://www.davidsonmeatprocessing.com and was curious to know if you ever heard or done business with them? Where do you get your meat locally? Thanks for any info......
