Newbie smoker

HELLO everyone

I have been playing with smoking for years now. But last 2 years been showing more interest. I got a weber smokey mountain 18.5" . Weber summit with smoker attachment . Been smoking pork beef
And just started fish.

I am located in Alberta , Canada.

I hope I can learn and share lots of info.
