Newbie smoker in Eastern ND

Hello. I am new to the world of smoking. I work with several guys and gals that love to smoke and bring some of their goodies to work to share. How about BBQ ribs at 8 in the morning! A great way to start the day! Anyway I have now joined their ranks and just purchased a Pit Boss Pellet grill / smoker. I have had fun already and have now been able to share some of my goodies with them - Pork tenderloin and Armadillo Eggs. I love that wonderful flavor that wood smoke imparts.
