Hello all! I am fairly new to smoking, as I have not had a really good smoker to use. I recently received a Master Forge 2-door propane smoker from Lowes for Father's Day. I have a couple of small pork loins on as I write. Can't wait to try them out in a bit. I live near Galena, Missouri not far from Table Rock Lake. Pretty country and love it here. I look forward to getting to know everyone and cooking some great meals!
