Hi everyone,
Excited to join this fantastic community. A good friend from work, recommended I spend a LOT of time here to learn as much as I could. I've been grilling for years and am excited to add smoking to my outdoor cooking repertoire.
After 2 long suffering years of trying to convince my wife we needed a smoker in our lives she finally relented (after tasting a friends freshly smoked pork butt). Needless to say I wasted NO time in doing some research and opted to purchase a Dyna-Glo vertical smoker:
