Newbie Here!

Hello all! This is Nat from Virginia. I am a newbie to the smoking world! I recently purchased a Smoke Hollow 44 with 2 pull out chip trays. My father has a huge barrel smoker and got me interested in learning to smoke! I went with a propane smoker hoping I wouldn't have to babysit it as much as my dad does his barrel smoker. Already smoked some ribs and a few butts and loving it!!
