Newbie from OKC, OK

Hey guys and gals.  I'm new to the forum.  I'm from Oklahoma City, OK.  I smoke on a Vision Grill B Series kamado.  Had it for a little over a year and have really enjoyed cooking on it.  Previously I just used little bullet smokers.  Look forward to reading from some of the experts on here and hopefully contributing some!
