New guy here from the Tulsa, OK area. Found the forum and I'm sure like many do, I've been lurking for a while trying to soak up information. Just got a Char-Broil Deluxe 700 series off-set smoker as a wedding gift a few weeks ago. I'm 31, have an absolute LOVE for great Q. I'm no stranger to grilling, of course...but I have just now decided that I should take the dive and try making my own Q. After lots of research, I'm starting off this weekend with a Boston Butt.
