Hi all, I'm located in NorthEastern Ohio and just picked up a Chargriller Pro this past weekend. I've been pretty hooked on bbq'n and lightly smoking for awhile, but this is the first time I've had a grill where it SHOULD be possible. In the past, I used a 22" weber and indirectly cooked with a water pan in the bottom, but that doesn't really constitute smoking. I signed up for the eCourse on smoking and hope to learn a thing or two. I looked around this site over the past few days and it seems like a great resource.
