Hey folks! Brand new to taking smoking a little more seriously. I've done basic stuff on a gas grill with smoker boxes and cedar planks, but this summer I've got my work cut out for me! Building a pit and slow cooking/smoking chickens.
Anyway, I'm from the upper Midwest USA, work in IT, and enjoy just about anything on the grill.
