Hello all, I'm finally introducing myself. I've browsed the forums for a few months now, but finally signed up and am looking forward to continuing learning from you all. Live in Kansas and purchased a Brinkmann Trailmaster Deluxe from Home Depot in mid-April (after tax season present to myself, I am a CPA). Have enjoyed using it so far!! I've done a few briskets, several batches of baby backs (kids love them) and today I have some really meaty beef short ribs on that I will post with Q view later.
