What are you all using them for? I got about 16 plants starting to flower

I made a hot/sweet pepper relish with Jalapeno and greens and looking to make it hotter with Serrano. Thinking of drying for use like cayenne for cooking. Maybe other uses.

We have an abundance of them this year and have been drying them in the dehydrator, but they can be easily be dried in the oven...

You can definitely cut them and dry them, then grind them into a powder and use them in many ways.

You can save the seeds and dry them on a paper towel for a week or so then put them in an envelope and plant the seeds in the spring.

I do this with most things. The size of my garden would be cost prohibitive if I did not. If its not Heritage, I am not interested

Hickory king white corn, cranberry beans, blue lake beans, Branywine, cherry and amish paste tomatoes, spagetti and butternut squash, Green, jalapeno and not serrano peppers, Romaine, but I leave some to seed themselves in the fall.

Beets, cabbage and onion being bi-annuals give me trouble trying and will try zucchini this year.

My daughter wants me to grow pickling cucumbers and cantaloupe and I tell her I am one man working alone.
