Newbie from Akansas

I can't believe at 57 I'm a newbie to very many things, but smoking meat is one of the things left for me. I also live in the Razorback state and have eaten a lot of Hawgs, but have never learned the art of smoking em.

BTW, I bought a MES as I wanted something a bit more simple to learn on. "LET THE GAMES BEGIN "
