$75 for a TT? Damn! I get pissed when they are over $20. At least you enjoyed it.

To me the only way to cook them is on the Santa Maria grill. Gotta go to Walmart after I drop off the niece tomorrow. I will add a tri-tip to my list.

Costcos near me have been selling tri-tip for the past year or so. Last I saw, it was $9.99 lb.
