Good afternoon folks,
As requested doing a new intro post. Names Alex, I'm from DeSoto Kansas. Running a Smoke Hollow Electric smoker. This was the first smoker purchase I made to see how much I would use it. I've had the smoker for about 4 months now have had a few runs in it everything from cheese, to brisket, to chicken and porkbutt. Have had pretty good results but always striving for new ideas and techniques. Happy to be apart of such an awesome group, as always any questions please ask! Thanks for reading.
