Today I'm gonna do a pork loin and some ABT's. First try at the ABT's, plan on using Jalapeños, cream cheese, grated colby & Monterey Jack, green onion, bacon bits.

First order of business though is to clear the ice and snow away from the smoker!

Hey Sisco,
How'd them ABT's turn out? They sounded good....I've never made them before and was curious...anyone have a recipe or the amounts of each that you slam into them. Don't want anything really hot or spicy to start with ...had the gall baldder out and certian foods are still questionable. Wouldn't even be too bad if I had ever tasted them but I honestly never heard of ABT's until I got on the forum...I actually thought someone was pulling my leg when I first heard of them. I mentioned to the wife and son what the definition was and they gave this sideways... are ya stupid Dad kind a look? Wife asked me if the site I was on was safe or if I was makin it up LOL ....never say never ...
