Wife got me the weber smokey mountain 18 for fathers day - managed 2 racks of ribs and 2 whole chickens over the weekend and I'm hooked. Surprised the WSM had as good of reviews as it does... it seems incredibly functional but doesn't seem that well built. Already ordered gaskets and a replacement door to stop the leaks... I've only ever smoked in big smoke houses so this is on a much smaller scale but I love it. Interested in learning more about rubs and marinades and really locking down a couple of solid recipes.
