Just seasoning my character grill smoker and stumbles across this Lil slice of heaven. I've got alot of ready learning and experimenting to do.
Not much smoking here in West australia so sites like this are a God send

Today is my first time using my character griller offset. Got a 3.2 pound pork shoulder. Coated in mustard and rub last night. It's 6am here and about to fire it up. Wish me luck
