This is the newest picture I have. I was experimenting with new rubs. One is a hot mustard, one is just a hot chicken blend, and one is a dill blend. We got this amazing cooker for our breakroom! I love experimenting rubs on chicken thighs, so I can really taste the flavor.

Wow! I would say I wish my work would put one of those in our break room. Except the little toaster oven that was left in there is good enough reason not to. I've never seen anybody use but it gets nastier each time I look at it.

I make gobs of jerky. I would love it if you had a Chipotle flavor pack. Right now I use either a hickory, mesquite or regular-jerky flavor and doctor it up with 1 tbspn of Mrs. Dash SW Chipotle Seasoning per 3-4 pounds of meat.
