Hello everyone,glad to be here and learn about smoking,I just got a brand new Master Chef for my anniversary, 29 th (oh my god )  and we are still talking to each other! I live in Canada,close to the border,I love to garden,love to go to the shooting range and blow off some steam.We also love our Harley and have been riding for many years,so I need some great recipes to cook for all our friends and family,hope to make some friends here too !
