Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum from Bakersfield, CA. I currently smoke on a bubba keg, but planning to get a nice offset smoker soon.

My Texas born wife say's Howdy too...............and "Gig'em Aggies!"  We miss the old rivalry now that both teams are in different conferences.
