Hi all! My name is Eric. I'm from SE Indiana. I use a char broiler barrel type smoker, but will eventually build a smokehouse for smoking more meat at one time and/or whole hog. I have several recipes that I enjoy using, but I am looking forward to meeting fellow smoke lovers from here and learning some new recipes. I am an avid hunter and fisherman. I absolutely love hunting waterfowl, hence my username. Lol! I enjoy recipes that use both a lot or just a little dry rubs. I also use brines and injection marinades, depending on what I'm fixing.
